■The drilling rig is equipped with Yuchai YC6J220 engine and 12/15 screw-compression air compressor. Meet the drilling requirements in the range of 90-115mm diameter, with a dry dust collector as standard;

■Use its single engine to drive the screw air compressor and hydraulic system. Compared with split drilling rigs, comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by 35%, and maintenance costs are reduced by 50%;

■The key hydraulic components are imported from Europe, and the reliable hydraulic system greatly reduces the workload of maintenance and improves the availability;

■Powerful two-speed hydraulic tramming mechanism, excellent off-road capability, high-torque rotary motor can easily cope with complex formation drilling and drilling string jamming;

■The configuration of the two-stage dry dust collector is environmentally friendly and also helps to increase productivity; the integrated configuration eliminates the difficulty of air compressor movement and compressed air pipeline handling on construction sites and mines.

Oil-free Air Compressor

There is no oil in the water-lubricated screw body, which will not cause oil pollution of the compressed air. It belongs to a completely oil-free screw air compressor. Dry-type oil-free machine bearings, gearboxes, and intercoolers require oil to participate in lubrication and sealing. The high temperature of the unit can easily cause oil leakage to pollute the compressed air. It is a semi-oil-free compressor.
