The ZIQI OF Series Oil-Free Scroll Air Compressor eliminates this risk at the source: no oil ever enters the compression chamber, delivering ISO 8573-1 Class 0 certified air purity.
Unlike oil-free rotary screw compressors that rely on precision-machined tolerances and external cooling systems, scroll technology uses a fundamentally simpler compression mechanism — two interlocking spirals with no metal-to-metal contact. The result: low noise from 63 dB(A), minimal vibration, exceptional reliability, and zero risk of oil carry-over. Available in 9 models from 2.2 to 37 kW with modular multi-scroll architecture and hierarchical smart control, the OF series provides clean, efficient, and redundant compressed air for the most demanding applications.
The scroll air end uses two precision-machined spiral elements — one fixed, one orbiting. Air is drawn into the outer edge, progressively compressed in crescent-shaped chambers, and discharged from the center at full pressure. No oil ever touches the air.

Models from OF-7.5A upward house multiple independent scroll air ends in a single chassis. The hierarchical controller activates only the units needed — matching output to real-time demand while providing built-in redundancy.
