Shanghai XXX Art Printing Ltd. Energy-Saving Project

Shanghai XXX Art Printing Co., Ltd. ,used one GAT-55A two-stage compressor and three other brands of 55kw single-stage compressors, one of which was used as standby. In the later stage, the compressed air consumption was not enough. ZIQI company understood the customer's compressed air demand, and formulated the addition of 2 sets GAT-55ACF two-stage screw compressors to replace the existing 2 sets 55kw air compressors of other brands, and added 1 control cabinet LK-55/4. GAT-55A is in normal use, and 1 other brand air compressor is used as a backup machine for energy-saving renovation, and some pipelines at the customer site are renovated.

After the renovation of the project is completed, the energy saving is about 288,300 kWh/year.
