Ternary flow impeller Ternary flow backward curved aerodynamic design with high efficiency and wide working range. Five-axis linkage, high-speed and high-precision milling processing. Select high-strength aviation aluminum material. The surface is subjected to hard anodic oxidation with high strength, good corrosion resistance and a service life of more than 20 years. According to the actual needs of users, a dedicated high-efficiency impeller can be designed to pursue the best energy-saving effect. | High-speed motor The maximum speed can reach 400,000 rpm. 40,000 times of trouble-free start and stop. A wedge-shaped hydrodynamic gas film is formed between the high-speed rotating rotor and the flexible foil structure by using the gas around the bearing to support the rotor. The rotating shaft is in a suspended state without contact and friction. 100% oil-free and not relying on external gas supply components. The gas foil bearing only requires very little maintenance and has a semi-permanent service life.
