Energy-saving renovation project of a certain door and window Co., Ltd. in Shanghai

Customer share 2 sets 90kw other brands’ air compressors with adjoining factory. Before renovation, we calculate that the air capacity of old compressor is over 6.6m3/min when all the equipments are operating, The air consumption of company is 3m3/min, pressure is from 0.63Mpa to 0.65Mpa. After confirming the requirements, ZIQI supply 1 set 55kw double screw air compressor GAT-55ACFV to customer use.

Energy saving calculation:

Working 10 hours every day and working 26 days per month.The total working time during 1 year is 3000hrs.

Standard electric per unit energy saving:(other brand compressor input specific power-ZIQI Compressor GAT-55ACFV input specific power)/other brand compressor input specific power:

（0.176-0.142）/0.176=19.3%

From the above data analysis, it is concluded that the GAT-55ACFV compressor is 19.3% better than the standard power consumption of other brands.

Monthly power saving calculation:

55KW×10H/day×26days/month×19.3%=2759.9KW/month

Because the project has a large processing center, in order to sure the compressed air production needs to reach more than 9.0m³/min at some time, so the project is equipped with a relatively large air compressor machine, resulting in the energy saving effect is not very ideal.

After the renovation of the project is completed, the energy saving is about 33,000 KWH/year.
