1.Shanghai XXX  Industrial Co., Ltd., the usage before the transformation: two sets ZIQI GAS-75A Compressor, two sets GAS-37A compressor and one other brand 37KW compressor, of which two GAS-37A and one other brand 37KW compressor are used as backup machines. In the later stage, the compressed air consumption was not enough. ZIQI company understood the customer's compressed air demand and formulated a plan to add one set two-stage screw air compressor GAT-75ACF to replace the ZIQI Compressor GAS-75A.

The total electricity consumption of GAT-75A is 123.6kW·h, the total compressed air consumption is 1178.12Nm³ (standard), and the overall energy efficiency is 0.1049 kW·h/Nm³.

The total electricity consumption of GAS-75A is 250.8kW·h, the total compressed air consumption is 2169.18Nm³ (standard), and the overall energy efficiency is 0.1156 kW·h/Nm³.

GAT-75A, the specific power is 6.102KW/(m³/min), the measured base unit power consumption is 0.1049 kW·h/Nm³, and the system frequency runs at 65%.

GAS-75A, the specific power is 6.961KW/(m³/min), the measured reference power consumption per unit is 0.1156 kW·h/Nm³, and the system frequency is running at 75%.

Baseline power consumption:

(GAS-75A-GAT-75A)/GAS-75A

(0.1156-0.1049)/0.1156=9.25%

From the above data analysis, it is concluded that the GAT-75A is 9.25% better than the GAS-75A benchmark.

Monthly power saving calculation:

75kw×24h×30 days×9.25%=4995kw/month

After the renovation of the project is completed, the energy saving is about 60,000 kWh/year.
