Shanghai XXX cable company, used 1 set ZIQI Compressor GAS-55A VFC and 1 set compressor GA-45A before the transformation, and the air compressors were single-stage type. In the later stage, the compressed air consumption was not enough. ZIQI company understood the customer's compressed air demand, and formulated a plan to select one set GAT-75A CFV ZIQI two-stage compressor screw compressor to replace the existing two air compressors for energy-saving renovation, and to conduct energy-saving renovations for the compressed air piping on the customer's site.

Before the renovation, the operating pressure of the machine was 0.76Mpa, and the main pipes of each workshop were buried underground. After more than ten years of use, serious leakage was caused due to the corrosion of the pipeline and ground subsidence. After the renovation, the operating pressure of the machine was 0.7Mpa, and the super pipeline had no Leaks are more energy efficient.
