Shanghai XX Machinery Factory: The customer used other brand scew air compressor with 22KW. The mechanical factory needs to produce more than 3m³/min air when sandblasting, and the usual air consumption is about 0.7m³/min. After learned about the customer's air demand, ZIQI company adopts one set two-stage variable frequency screw air compressor GAT-22ACFV to replace the previously used 22kW screw air compressor.

GAT-22ACFV：22KW×8h/day×26day/month×59%=2699.84 kw/month

After the project is completed, 3.24 million KW•h of electricity will be saved every year.
